When it comes to delivery speed, we’re in competition with no one but ourselves:
Brick and stone varieties are shipped out of Peabody, MA warehouse. Most orders placed from New England region before noon time are delivered at door within hours. Arrival to nearby surrounding states is usually between 1-2 days of order. As distance increases, so does the transit time, reaching up to a week for the furthest parts of the country from our location (West coast states).
Once you add materials to your cart, you can check the related shipping charges by entering delivery location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and updated in your cart. Up until you max out the pallet capacity and move onto the next pallet increment, adding more materials will not increase your transportation cost.

All natural colors. No pigments are used. Colors are formed using relative tones of earth.

Important info about color tones:
This product does not include color pigments. Coloring is done through use of raw materials of that specific color. Production is done 100% by hand. There may be slight tone differences between materials that come from different batches.
Additionally, photos are similar representations of colors but not a precise depiction of the exact tones. We spend every effort to get as close to the actual tones as technically possible, however there are always inevitable differences. Next to professionally taken studio photos, we have also added close-up photos taken in our warehouse to provide a better perspective. In case of any second thoughts, we suggest ordering a sample package first. They will be fully refunded from your actual order. Samples can be found under the ‘samples’ category.

Pointing gaps between bricks are 0.5″ thick. Coverage is calculated accordingly (industry standard). In the case of creating effects with larger or narrower gaps, amount to be ordered would need to be increased/decreased accordingly. Always feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
Returns & refunds:
We accept returns on undamaged merchandise for up to 15 days from the date materials are received. Value of goods are 100% refunded, however, shipping charges are not refunded. In case of a return, shipment going out from our warehouse and shipment coming back into our warehouse are payable by the customer. If you have any doubts about the tones or would like to see the product closely first, simply order a fully refundable samples package (found under the ‘samples’ category).
